Released on July 30, 2002, All I Have is the debut album of then, 22 year-old singer-songwriter-producer and actress Ameriie.

The album debuted and peaked at number 9 on the U.S. Billboard 200 chart in August 2002, remaining in the top twenty for two weeks, dropping off the top 100 in its 14th week. The album was led by singles "Why Don't We Fall In Love" (#9 US Billboard Hot R&B/Hip- Hop Songs, #23 US Billboard Hot 100) and "Talkin' To Me" (#18US Billboard Hot R&B/Hip- Hop Songs, #51 US Billboard Hot 100).

The album was certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America on October 3, 2003, and earned Ameriie a Soul Train Music Award for Best R&B/Soul or Rap New Artist in 2003.

The album was praised for it mid-tempo tracks and the whimsical writing style of writer/producer Rich Harrison.

All I Have remains the second highest selling album of Ameriie's collection, falling behind her sophomore effort Touch.

Many wonder what happened to the promise that Ameriie's career once held. The Beyonce effect that so many of R&B singers careers succumbed to. The shift in music for which the genre of R&B has yet to recover from, or the fact that Ameriie's album's after Touch ventured further and further away from the magical sound created by her and Harrison.

No matter the reason, the 35 year-old has since gone the independent route, as she preps for the release of her forthcoming album BILI, led by the buzz single "Mustang." When she's not in the studio, the exotic beauty can be seen giving style tips on her YouTube channel "Books Beauty Ameriie," and penning two novels, one fantasy and the other for young adults.

I didn't discover this LP until three years after its release. a moment in time where I was falling in love for the first time and this album seemed to describe everything that I was feeling. So much, that I played it almost every time I ventured out to see my boyfriend. "I Just Died" was my call-tone for him.

When it comes to All I Have, Ameriie certainly gave her all and if you're a true fan of R&B, this album must be in your collection.
